Light in the Mountains: Our Spiritual Victory in Norteño, Panama
Reaching Norteño is more than just a trek through Panama’s rugged geography; it is a journey into the heart of a resilient community living in isolation. But where challenges and scarcity are a daily reality, hope shines even brighter. We recently concluded our Evangelistic Crusade there, and what we witnessed was nothing short of life-changing.
A Message of Faith for the Forgotten
In a place where access is difficult and resources are thin, our message of faith wasn’t just words—it was an embrace for the soul. We preached with the firm conviction that no matter how isolated a community may seem to the world, they are never out of God’s sight. Our focus was on presenting a Jesus who doesn’t just promise eternity, but who walks beside us through our daily struggles.
Sowing into the Next Generation
Our afternoons were filled with energy and laughter. We believe that true regional transformation begins with children and youth:
- Children’s Outreach: Through games, activities, and creative teaching, we showed them that they are seen, valued, and deeply loved.
- Youth Encounters: We held sessions for reflection and honest conversation, challenging the youth of Norteño to dream big and place their futures in the Creator’s hands.
